We have a great opportunity for a Support Services Team Leader to join our team based in Boldon Estates Operational Base.
The salary on offer is £24,535.01. This is a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week.
The working pattern will be various shifts between the hours of 6am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
No DBS required.
A full clean driving license will be required.

This role will support the delivery of FM services within premises in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in work schedules.
Lead on specific aspects of day to day facilities services within agreed financial framework and drive quality and performance standards to provide customer focused cost effective and efficient facilities support service.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Educated to NVQ2 level equivalent knowledge or experience
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification or relevant equivalent health and safety qualification.
