We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join the FM services team based in Scarsdale Hospital, S41 7PF. The hourly rate on offer is £9.57. The expected hours are 16 per week which are flexible to be worked between 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Applicants must be double covid vaccination mandatory due to front line staff working within clinic environment.

You will need to have experience of working in a customer focused environment and have general knowledge of the principles of an appointments system. You will be educated to NVQ2 Level or have relevant demonstrable experience.  Some travel between sites may be expected as required.

Your role will involve working in harmony and collaboration as part of a team providing high quality and effective reception and administrative support services within the facility which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.

Provide an accurate, confidential, comprehensive and efficient clerical service to support tenants, ensuring priorities, deadlines and queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently at all times.
