OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Receptionist for our client located in Manchester, Gorton Clinic. This is a permanent position working 22.5 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 08.30am to 16.30pm.

About this role:

  • This role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team.
  • You will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.
  • To be considered for this role you will have NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience
  • Must hold a full UK licence
