OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Receptionist for our client based in Manchester, Rusholme Health Centre. This is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months, working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 08.30am to 16.30pm.

About the role:

  • This role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team.
  • You will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.
  • To be considered for this role you will have NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience
  • Must hold a full UK Driving license
