We are looking for an Receptionist/Administrator for our client based in Immingham. This is an ongoing contract position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilites:

  • Booking hotels/car hire/vehicle servicing
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Scanning and archiving
  • Answering telephone calls and general reception tasks
  • Ad hoc admin duties
