We have a great opportunity for a Domestic Assistant to join our team based in Royal South Hants Hospital, Southampton.

This is a permanent post working 37.5 hours, this is flexible covering AM/PM - Monday - Friday

To be onsite as early as 5 am /8.30am - 4.30pm/9pm, this could be discussed and explained further on interview.

Van and fuel card provided and the sites to cover would be in an around Southampton, Basingstoke and the New forest. On the rare occasion they could be required to go to Portsmouth.

You will be expected to cover as a rapid response (cleaning emergencies - Minor leaks/spillages) on a rota basis.

​​​​​The salary on offer is £18,546.00 per annum. Unsociable/Enhanced pay before 6am after 8pm.

About the role:

This role will deliver a full cleaning service within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with the NHS Property Services Domestic Services Operative Manual, at the prescribed times, in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in the cleaning work schedules. No experience is required as full training will be provided.
