OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Machine Operative for our client located in Scunthorpe. This is a long-term contract role. 

The Mechanical Workshops and Machine Shop has a range of Conventional & CNC Machines covering Horizontal/Vertical Boring, Milling & Turning. As part of a shift team reporting to your Team Leader you will be expected to machine both new and refurbished components to a high standard of precision and quality. You will work to achieve workshop targets, customer service and health and safety objectives.

Using your skills to achieve business objectives, you will react to engineering, quality and safety issues as they arise and utilise your knowledge, experience and skill to initiate corrective actions.
