OLG Recruitment are currently looking for two Logistics Office Administrator for our client, a provider of maritime shipping services for their new 4PL Digital Control Tower services.  This is a full-time, permanent position located in Immingham/Killingholme or surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar logistics/shipping role and be familiar with import/export operations.  Self-motivated, energetic and ambitious and capable of working in a start-up operation. The anticipated start date is around August 2024. 

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1 years experience working in a shipping/logistics business
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service 
  • Knowledge of transport/shipping planning
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines 
  • Strong problem-solving skills


  • Planning and arrangement for the arrival and departure of trailers via a digital platform
  • Customer service
  • Dealing with trailer service providers  staff and operations planners
  • Transport planning - collection and delivery of freight
  • Administration and office support
