We have a great opportunity for a Domestic Team Leader to join the FM services team. You will be based at St Luke Health Centre, Pantile Avenue, Southend on Sea. The hourly rate on offer is £11.53.  The expected hours will be 37.5 per week, with core hours between Monday and Friday, 4 days working 12:00 - 20:00 and 1 day 09:00 - 17:00.

You will have your City & Guilds Level 3 Cleaning & Support Services or equivalent demonstrable experience. You will also have your IOSH Managing Safely qualification, or willingness to work towards this. You will have working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, and demonstrable experience of managing/supervising domestic services people. Your role will be involved in ensuring the delivery of a full cleaning service within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with the NHS Property Services Domestic Services Operative Manual, at the prescribed times, in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in the cleaning work schedules through the provision of management and supervision to the cleaning team.
