We have a fantastic opportunity for a domestic mobile team leader based in Batley Health Centre, Batley. 

Please note, as this is a mobile role, a driving license, is essential and this will be covering multiple sites. 

This is a permanent full time post working Mon - Fri 37.5 hours/week but candidate will be responsible to manage their own time.

Combination of blended/flexible working shift patterns such as: 9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm (on call between 8pm and 10pm to support colleagues on late finish.

About the role:

This role will ensure the delivery of a full cleaning service within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with the NHSPS Domestic Services Operative Manual, at the prescribed times, in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in the cleaning work schedules through the provision of management and supervision to the cleaning team. 

To be considered for this role you will have:

• City and Guilds level 3 cleaning and support services or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
• Experience of managing a team.
