We have a great opportunity for a Domestic Team Leader to join the FM services team. Though you will be covering multiple sites in the local area, you will be based at Jubilee House, 5510 John Smith Dr, Oxford Business Park, Oxford OX4 2LH . The hourly rate on offer is £11.53.  The expected hours will be 37.5 per week, five days a week from 8:30-17:00 with one hour lunch break.

You will have your City & Guilds Level 3 Cleaning & Support Services or equivalent demonstrable experience. You will also have your IOSH Managing Safely qualification, or willingness to work towards this. You will have working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, and demonstrable experience of managing/supervising domestic services people. Your role will be involved in ensuring the delivery of a full cleaning service within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with the NHS Property Services Domestic Services Operative Manual, at the prescribed times, in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in the cleaning work schedules through the provision of management and supervision to the cleaning team.
