We have a great opportunity for a Caretaker to join our FM Services team based in Steppingley Hospital, Ampthill Road, Steppingley, MK451AB. The hourly rate on offer is £9.73. The expected hours will be 37.50 hours per week, 5 days a week from 8:30am until 5:00pm.

You must hold a driver's licence to be considered for this role

No formal qualifications are required as you will be given a full induction and training upon successful appointment. You will however be hardworking, dedicated and an effective team worker, with a willingness to undertake assessment and complete further training or qualifications if necessary. You will be able to work at height, and a driving license is preferable as you may be required to travel between sites.

Your role will be involved in undertaking general caretaking and handyperson duties in NHS Property Services premises, undertaking tasks in line with company policies and procedures, and ensuring the completion of caretaking duties and basic maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
