OLG Recruitment are looking for a CAD Draughtsperson for our client based in Scunthorpe. This can be fully office based or hybrid working can be offered to the right person.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Perform Structural Engineering assessments for new and existing steel structures (industrial)
• Produce Design documents, including drawings, reports and surveys
• Act as Technical Lead on projects as and when required
• Undertake analysis and design using appropriate calculations and software packages such as AutoCAD, Solidworks
• Liaise with clients and employees to ensure progress against design deliverables 
• Effectively manage your own time to complete works ongoing

Functional Competencies:

• To demonstrate responsibility for your own safety of others around you
• To demonstrate the reporting of any issues, incidents, near misses and good practices through safety management 
• Clean and full UK Driving licence 

Experience:

• A degree in Structural Engineering 
• Previous work (minimum of 5 years) or work in a relateable field
