OLG Recruitment are currently recruiting for a regional Business Development Manager to work for a client based in Newcastle. This is a full time permanent position, working Monday to Friday. We are ideally looking for someone located anywhere between Newcastle and Aberdeen. This will be a field-based role, with the option to work from home.

Job Description:

We are looking for a regional business development manager to develop new business in the tooling maintenance division. Specifically targeting businesses with production lines where the following services are required;

• Sales & Repairs of Pneumatic, Hydraulic & electric tooling and DC tooling
• Calibration Services

• Management of Hand Arm Vibration (HAVS)
• Service & Assessment of Machine Tooling

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (preferred)

• Driving Licence (essential)

Package:

£40,000 per annum

Additional pay:

• Commission pay – 3% of all new business generated
• Performance bonus
