We have a great opportunity for a Office Administrator to our Hard FM team based in Portsmouth. 

The salary on offer is £19,917.11 per annum.

We also offer; 27 days holiday not including bank holidays, access to group personal pension plan including SMART contributions into which the company will contribute up to 6% towards your savings, training and development opportunities and NHS discounts.

This role will provide administrative support to the team including information and data gathering and undertaking enquiries as and when necessary, and preparation of documents including presentations and correspondence. The suitable candidate would have experience working within an FM Team who has a PPM structure. You will provide a professional standard of customer care and support to visitors and stakeholders. 

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Educated to NVQ2 level equivalent knowledge or experience 
  • Experience working in facilities management
  • Basic IT skills to include Microsoft packages and experience using Core, Power Bi and CAFM would be desired.  ​​​​​​​
