OLG recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator for our client located in Humberside. This is a temporary role covering sickness for a minimum of 2 months, to start ASAP.

Deliver high level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director, ensuring the Director and the Company operate effectively and meet their goals and ongoing needs.

Provide efficient and confidential administrative and executive support to the Senior Management Team.

Make day-to-day decisions within the role to ensure the administration department runs smoothly.

Perform secretarial and administrative tasks for the Managing Director (MD) and Senior Operational Managers.

Maintain the MD's diary and appointments.

Filter correspondence and handle routine matters.

Administer and take minutes for all Airport Operational Committees and meetings, including Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings.

Coordinate the review and update of the Airport’s Manuals.

Manage conference room bookings and maintain office supplies.

Disseminate information to airport staff and base operators.

Maintain an efficient filing system.
