OLG recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator for our client located in Humberside. This is a temporary role covering sickness for a minimum of 2 months, to start ASAP.

Job Overview

  • Deliver high level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director, ensuring the Director and the Company operate effectively and meet their goals and ongoing needs.

  • Provide efficient and confidential administrative and executive support to the Senior Management Team.

  • Make day-to-day decisions within the role to ensure the administration department runs smoothly.

Brief Jobs List

  • Perform secretarial and administrative tasks for the Managing Director (MD) and Senior Operational Managers.

  • Maintain the MD's diary and appointments.

  • Filter correspondence and handle routine matters.

  • Administer and take minutes for all Airport Operational Committees and meetings, including Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings.

  • Coordinate the review and update of the Airport’s Manuals.

  • Manage conference room bookings and maintain office supplies.

  • Disseminate information to airport staff and base operators.

  • Maintain an efficient filing system.
