OLG Recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator to support one of our major clients how are a speciality chemicals manufacturer. This is a full time temporary position, working remotely 5 days per week for 6-12 months although this could be extended for an additional 12 months. IT equipment will be provided by the client.

Role/Requirements includes:

  • Transferring 500 suppliers onto a new procurement CRM 
  • Ensuring vendor questionnaires are filled out and completed via an e-procurement tool - Coupa
  • Inputting data onto Excel using filters 
  • 10-15 calls per week into the suppliers 
  • Confident telephone manner 
  • Proficient in Excel 
  • Home working 
  • Hourly rate negotiable and weekly paid.
